AI Agent Engineer

The systems layer of AI is our edge. You will build MCP servers, agent orchestration, model routing, and evaluation harnesses that let a small team operate like a much larger one. This is deep, hands-on work at the frontier of how software gets built.

What you'll do

• Build and operate MCP servers and agent orchestration pipelines
• Design model routing and evaluation to keep quality high and cost low
• Turn manual workflows into reliable, observable agentic systems
• Prototype quickly, then harden what works into production

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and TypeScript or Python
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, tool use, and agent patterns
• A pragmatic, evaluation-driven approach to non-deterministic systems
• Comfort operating services in production

Nice to have

• Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Familiarity with self-hosted inference and local GPU workflows
