Operations Generalist

As we grow, the glue matters. You will handle the operational backbone of the studio, from vendor and tooling management to finance ops, compliance, and process, so the team can stay focused on building. A great fit for someone organized, resourceful, and trustworthy.

What you'll do

• Manage vendors, subscriptions, and tooling across the studio
• Support finance operations: invoices, expenses, and light bookkeeping
• Help keep the company compliant and organized as it scales
• Own recurring processes and quietly remove friction for the team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in operations, business ops, or a similar generalist role
• Exceptional organization and follow-through
• Comfort working independently in a remote, async environment
• Discretion and good judgment with sensitive information

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup or software company
• Familiarity with US LLC compliance and finance basics
