About
Built to Last
Leonenko Group is a privately held company headquartered in New York, operating across domestic and international markets. We acquire, build, and deploy technology across sectors where the gap between what exists and what is possible remains wide. The right software creates structural advantages that compound for years.
Our work spans government, enterprise, regulated industries, and consumer markets. We do not specialize by sector. We specialize in identifying where technology is underutilized and deploying it with precision. That mandate has taken our products into healthcare, legal, finance, education, and public-sector applications, with more on the horizon.
We are not a fund. We do not chase exits. Every venture we back is one we intend to own and scale over decades. Alongside our software portfolio, we maintain a growing base of real estate holdings across New York and Florida. The common thread across everything we do is a belief that the best returns come from staying in the game longer than anyone else is willing to.
Our Pillars
What we stand on
Six principles that shape every venture, every hire, and every line of code we ship.
Build with Intention
Every product we ship exists for a reason. No filler features, no noise. We define the problem before we write a single line of code and cut anything that does not serve the user.
Compound Value
Software compounds. Real estate compounds. Relationships compound. Every decision is made with an eye toward what it looks like five years from now, not the next sprint.
Precision over Speed
We move deliberately. Shipping the right thing once beats shipping the wrong thing fast. Quality is not a polish pass at the end - it is the standard from the first commit.
Full Ownership
We own what we build. No outsourcing accountability, no blame diffusion. Every venture under this roof is operated with the same standard we would hold ourselves to personally.
Technology as Leverage
Code is capital. A well-designed system can replace entire departments and scale to millions without adding headcount. We deploy technology where it multiplies real-world impact.
Long-horizon Thinking
Short-term optimization is a trap. We make decisions for decades - in what we build, what we acquire, and who we work with. Patience is a competitive advantage most people give up too early.
Leadership

Andrew Leonenko
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Technologist, operator, and investor building AI-native companies and real estate across the US and internationally. 10+ years turning complex systems into lasting businesses.
Andrew founded Leonenko Group to build the kind of company he could not find elsewhere. One that operates with the discipline of a private equity firm and the velocity of a technology studio. Over the past decade he has designed and scaled software systems across healthcare, finance, and legal technology, sectors where precision and trust are non-negotiable.
His technical fluency spans full-stack engineering, cloud infrastructure, and applied artificial intelligence. He brings that same rigor to capital allocation: every acquisition and product investment is underwritten with the same standards, whether the asset is a line of code or a piece of land.
“The businesses worth building are the ones that take a long time to build. Everything else is noise.”
